Mark Iwinski
Certified Personal Trainer and
Director or Performance and Fitness
Mark graduated cum laude from Florida Gulf Coast University with a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, concentrating in Analysis and Management. A four-year member of the university’s golf team, he developed a strong foundation in athletic performance, discipline, and the importance of physical wellness.
After college, his passion shifted toward fitness, leading him to earn his Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) license through the National Federation of Professional Trainers (NFPT). With a strong background in golf, he sought to blend the two disciplines and went on to earn his TPI Level 1 Certification, specializing in golf-specific movement and performance.
Despite years of intense training in the gym, he eventually hit a plateau—dealing with constant soreness, fatigue, lack of flexibility, and diminishing returns. It became clear he was overtraining. That turning point led him to discover WINGX.
By moving away from traditional weight training and putting his focus on the WINGX system, he experienced dramatic improvements: increased energy, better flexibility, sharper focus, reduced soreness, and a remarkable 40-yard gain in his driver carry—all from the breakthrough air resistance of WINGX.
WINGX completely transformed his approach to fitness and quality of life. Now, he’s on a mission to share that transformation with others. Through his expertise and personal journey, he helps clients unlock their potential and experience the powerful benefits of WINGX Fitness—both on and off the golf course.
